Appointments can be made by telephone (01386 446693) or you can call in to the practice reception. Our regular opening hours are
Monday             9.00am – 5.00pm
Tuesday             9.00am – 7.00pm 
Wednesday        9.00am – 5.00pm
Thursday           8.45am – 5.00pm
Friday               8.30am – 12:45pm
Please give as much notice as possible if you have to cancel an appointment. We normally make a charge if an appointment is not kept or you do not give us reasonable notice of cancellation.
If you are in pain during surgery hours, please contact us as early in the day as possible. Every effort will be made to see you that day if necessary.

Both dentists work full time but it may not be possible to choose which dentist you wish to see though we will try to accommodate your wishes. Regular patients will normally be seen by their own dentist .
All information regarding your treatment remains confidential within the practice but may be shared (with your permission) if it is relevant for a specialist referral.
For the comfort and well being of patients and staff, abusive or violent behaviour will result in the termination of treatment and the police and/or Primary Care Trust will be informed
