Appointments can be made by telephone (01386 446693) or you can call in to the practice reception. Our regular opening hours are
Monday 9.00am – 5.00pm
Tuesday 9.00am – 7.00pm
Wednesday 9.00am – 5.00pm
Thursday 8.45am – 5.00pm
Friday 8.30am – 12:45pm
Please give as much notice as possible if you have to cancel an appointment. We normally make a charge if an appointment is not kept or you do not give us reasonable notice of cancellation.
If you are in pain during surgery hours, please contact us as early in the day as possible. Every effort will be made to see you that day if necessary.

For out of hours emergency care for NHS patients ring NHS Direct on 111 (www.nhs.uk/nhs-direct). Serious emergencies can be treated at A&E at Worcester Hospital.
For our registered private patients only, there is an emergency out of hours rota operated by a group of local practices to cater for members of our practice. Therefore you may not see your own dentist, they may not be listed as a 'practice plan' dental practice and some travelling elsewhere (within Worcestershire) may be necessary. For this service ring 01386446693 and listen to the message for out of hours, detailing the service available.
***There is a £185 call out charge in addition to the cost of any treatment proposed which would be agreed and paid for with the respective dental practice on call.***
This service is available 5:00pm - 9:00pm weekdays and 9:00am to 6pm weekends and bank holidays INCLUDING XMAS/BOXING DAY. If you are a member of our Practice Plan Dental assistance scheme you must ring 0808 1698117 to get approval before ringing the out of hours service. A claim can be made on emergency treatment from any dental practice even if they are not listed as a practice plan dentist.

Both dentists work full time but it may not be possible to choose which dentist you wish to see though we will try to accommodate your wishes. Regular patients will normally be seen by their own dentist .
All information regarding your treatment remains confidential within the practice but may be shared (with your permission) if it is relevant for a specialist referral.
For the comfort and well being of patients and staff, abusive or violent behaviour will result in the termination of treatment and the police and/or Primary Care Trust will be informed
